My dentist called back. They said PLEASE brush your teeth!! Hey, I say better safe than sorry! They were so detailed on everything else in the instructions, and they left out brushing, I wasn't sure what that was supposed to mean. So YES I have brushed my teeth CAREFULLY several times this afternoon...
